Roger Yopp is the CFO and business manager for Heidelberg Dermatology where he is responsible for overseeing and directing the organization’s high level financial processes as well as managing day to day financial activities. Prior to this role, Roger was co-founder, owner and operational manager for Lola’s, a successful downtown eatery that operated in Harmonie Park for several years. Roger was also the co-founder of Diversified Entertainment Group, a production and artist management company that represented acts in the music and television industries, and also served as executive producer on several recording projects for major labels. He started his career as a design engineer, spending 12 years with Bell Laboratories in Denver, Colorado and Middletown, New Jersey. A graduate of Cass Technical High school, Mr. Yopp attended Texas Southern University on a football scholarship and graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering Technology. He was awarded a patent for work on a project for the defense department and has received numerous industry and corporate awards. Roger is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity and is active in his church.

Tracey Knox received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1990. Tracey worked for five years as a pharmaceutical sales representative while earning her Master Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy; graduating in May 1996. She did a post graduate health care administration fellowship in St. Louis, Missouri with the Barnes Jewish Healthcare (BJC) System for one year. Tracey returned to Detroit and worked in the Marketing Department with the former Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills for three years.

Tracey joined Heidelberg Dermatology, P.C. in September 2006. She is primarily responsible for managing the patient registration, scheduling and billing process. In addition, Tracey ensures the practice is in compliance with the governmental mandates for our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and quality measures. She is a member of the Association of Dermatology Administrators and Managers (ADAM).

Outside of the practice, Tracey is chairperson of the Health Ministry at her church in Detroit and an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She also enjoys watching football, shopping, traveling and spending time with her daughter and twin boys.

Jessica DeBoever is the Billing Manager at Heidelberg Dermatology. She has worked in different dermatology practices since she was 18. She has worked as a front desk receptionist, at check-out, inputting charges, and now is in charge of the back end billing.

She has obtained several certifications from the AAPC, one of the primary organizations that handles training and certification in the healthcare industry. These include Certified Professional Coder-Dermatology and Certified Professional Biller, which allow her to both appropriately bill charges to insurance plans and handle the claims when they return.

Jessica is a lover of the written word, and has two self-published Christian novels, and plans one day to finish a third. She enjoys the process and joy of creating the work more than publishing. She is also very involved in her church, and says that the most important thing in her life is her faith, which she hopes comes through in all aspects of her life. She spends her weekends working in her church, teaching Sunday school for a class of “twenty-somethings”, and is very proud of her group.
